[Coaches] Test and order

This is a test of the 'coaches' list. I need each of you to respond ASAP. I
need your T-shirt size (cotton Beefy T type). I also need your size for a
warm up (Head coaches and those that helped a lot at tryouts). If you want
something else from the 'My Team Shop' I need that as well. Each of you are
going to get the 'states' logo T-shirt. If you want other items from Spirit
Wear I need that also. I need your response today!!
