Coaches,

I am copying anyone that I think has told me they are not receiving
messages. I think most of you that are not getting messages are not
receiving "info". We need to get this fixed so let me know.

Practices for the next few weeks are a little tight on space. We will make
it work. We will have some days when there may be 3 teams on 2 courts. There
may be times when you share a court the entire practice (This hasn't
happened yet). We will not have any practices on Saturdays for the remainder
of February. Saturday practices are the exception! Weekend practices should
now be on Sunday only until you hear otherwise. Teams that have a tournament
on a weekend will not have a weekend practice. Teams with a two-day
tournament may only have one practice during the week. This is not the case
next week. Sunday practices will normally be 2.5 hours. There will be
conditioning for at least 30 minutes with other teams with the same
schedule.

On Sunday, February 11 we have 3 teams on 2 courts for 2.5 hours. The teams
are 10 Armadillos, 11 Lizards, and 12 Horned Frogs. Teams can put together a
clinic style practice for the two hour from 2:30-4:30 or a rotation of 40
minutes of full court and 2 40 minute sessions of half court. The final half
hour from 4:30-5 will be conditioning with the other 2 teams that have
practice. Youth teams need to put their balls in the bags when they are
done. Kaitlin Zehler will help you find the equipment and volleyballs in
the equipment room inside the gym. The carts and conditioning equipment is
there. There are also cones, tennis balls, and polyspots if you need them.

There will also be three teams coming in from 4:30-7. They will have
conditioning from 4:30-5 with you. These teams will then have practice from
5-7. All volleyballs and carts must be bagged and stored. DO NOT USE THE
MIAMI BALLS!!!!!!

On Tuesday 2/13 and Wednesday, 2/14 there are 3 teams on 2 courts from 7-9
at TMS. The first half hour is conditioning with the teams practicing from
5:30-7:30. The remaining time can be clinic style and/or divided into 3 half
hour segments. Each team would have full court for one hour and then 2 30
minute sessions of half court. Please look at the schedule and read my
message carefully so you run an effective practice that is of value to your
team.

Thanks for all you do!

Bill
