[Coaches] January 30-31

As of right now, the university is closed. The recreational facilities are
open (but that may change soon).  We are still planning on having practices
if the parents will bring the kids. We have lost way too many practices to
the weather, but we don't want anyone to be harmed trying to travel. If you
hear from your parents that they will not attend, let me know. This should
be for tonight only. Tomorrow it is going to be a balmy 18.
