[Coaches] Spring Break Schedules

I am still waiting for Spring Break Attendance schedules for many teams. We
want to avoid having practices with 4 or 5 kids (or less) attending. Some of
our kids are on break now. Failure to reply means you have a sufficient
number that will attend and you will personally pay for the gym time if we
have practice and there are 5 or fewer in attendance. We are paying your
second installment this week.
