[Coaches] USAV Memberships

Coaches,

If you haven't registered with USAV (purchased membership), you'll need to
do so ASAP or you won't be able to coach your team at tournaments.

Go to https://memberships.sportsengine.com/org/24063 and pay for your
membership.

Make sure you take SafeSport (due every year) and Background screening (if
expired).
