[Coaches] Tape on the floors

This applies to all surfaces, but is especially important at Spooky Nook.
The only tape permitted on the surface at Spooky Nook is masking tape. Do
not use any other for any reason. We tape the tape up at the end of each
practice. The same applies to Phillips Hall and TMS. Let me know if you need
tape. We will go out and buy some for you to use.
