[Coaches] Team and Coaches Info

Coaches-

Below are three separate google documents. Please fill out the needed
information on the coaches contact info/ sizing and the team meeting
schedule for when you would like to have your team meeting with parents.

This meeting can be a short minute meeting to meet face to face, get all
necessary contact info, set any specific team expectations, etc. We will
provide a small check list of the things that the club would like you to
cover at the meeting when we meet as coaches on November 26th. We will try
to have a rep from the club attend the meeting if available at that time to
help with questions you may not have the answer to. We would like those to
happen sometime in the first two weeks of practice. Before or after the
weekend practice would be our preferred time for you to have it due to
work/ school during the week.. If they meet in the hallway at Phillips, we
can usually use an empty classroom upstairs.

The third document includes what we have for parent emails and phone
numbers. Please use this information to email your parents to introduce
yourself, make sure they know when your first practice is and where (you
can include the link to the website to your team page), and let them know
when you have decided to have your team meeting.
*Please ask the parent to respond to the email so that you know that it
reached them. We do not want to miss anyone! Remind them to sign up for the
'info' mailing list on the website if they have not already. *
