Back Row Offense will work on digging and defense, then transition to offense from the back row. We will practice forearm passes to the deep corners (baseball pass), down balls, and the BR Attack. This session isn't just for BR players (Libero/DS). 

Setter/Outside Attack Options will focus on setting and hitting the outside Attack. Setters will work with Rachel Green on setting the left front Attack and hitters will work with Bill Zehler on hitting from the left side. Setters and hitters will work together the remainder of the session. It is great if athletes from the same team can work together.
