Attached is information for the Shamrock Showdown. Most of you are playing in this event. The 15 Attack and 14 Attack are at Queen City Sports Complex this weekend.  . Those events are OVR events and information is linked to the Region website. The Showdown is a JVA event. There is  a big difference in the two organizations.

On behalf of Spooky Nook Champion Mill, I want to extend a big THANK YOU for participating in the 2nd Annual Shamrock Showdown this weekend.  We are looking forward to seeing all of your teams compete.

The information below should help answer most questions about the weekend.  Please pass this information on to your coaches, teams, families, and anyone else who may be involved with the event.  You are always welcome to reach out to me directly if you have any immediate questions between now and tomorrow morning.

TEAM CHECK-IN

Coaches can check in their teams Saturday prior their teams first match.  Check-in is located in the lobby area of the main entrance (LOT 1 on the attached parking map). 

ROSTERS

Several teams have reached out needing to edit their roster.  If you currently having roster issues please email me ( <mailto:bduvall at nooksports.com> bduvall at nooksports.com) your roster information and I can manually input it myself. 

COMMUNICATION

Please forward this info to your staff, players, and families as not everyone receives these AES messages. 

WAREHOUSE HOTEL GUESTS

Parking lot 3 and 6 are your best options for parking.  The hotel front desk will issue you a parking pass for the weekend.  

As a guest of the hotel, you will have free access to our 65,000+ sq. foot fitness center (located next to parking lot 3) throughout your stay.  Please see the hotel front desk for a wristband.

SCHEDULE

This tournament will be two waves on Saturday followed by playoff on Sunday.  Schedule has been posted on AES and will be frequently updated on AES throughout the weekend.  There is always a chance of a

GPS unfortunately will not take you to the correct entrance.  Please refer to the attached facility parking map and use LOT 1 to park.    

For hotel guests, we also have an entrance located across the street from the hotel / conference center.  There is a crosswalk (in front of the conference center doors) that leads to the entrance. 

PARKING

Parking is $5 each day. Parking passes can be purchased at the Guest Services desk as you walk into the main entrance.  Parking attendants will check for parking passes prior to exiting the lot.

AWARDS

Trophies and medals for division finalists. 

SPECTATOR ADMISSION

Spectator wristbands will be on sale at the venue the day of the event.  

*	Daily Pass:  $10/person per day
*	Weekend Pass: $15/person
*	Children 6 years and under are free. 

Please keep the following in mind:

*	Wristbands can be purchased in the lobby of the main entrance, or at the B Street entrance for those waking over from the Warehouse Hotel.  
*	Wristbands must be worn throughout the entire event.  Lost wristbands will require repurchase.  
*	Coaches will receive wristbands at check in.  Players do not require wristbands.  

CONCESSIONS

Food and beverages will be sold on site.  NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED.  Large coolers and baggage will not be allowed inside the facility.  Personal water bottles with secured tops are allowed.  Individual bottles of water in player backpacks are ok as well. 

I encourage all players to keep extra water bottles in their bags. As it currently stands, we have 1 water fountain located by the bathrooms next to the arcade.  

Adult beverages will be sold on site at the following locations:

*	Beer Garden located in the concessions seating area.
*	Brand-new Hydraulic Bar located across the street in the conference center. 

*	Also offers a menu of shareable dishes created by our talented culinary team. 

SEATING

Seating will be provided.  Spectators are welcome to bring individual seating (camping chairs) to guarantee seating for every match.

VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE OF AMERICA TOURNAMENT

The Volleyball League of America (VLA), a professional indoor volleyball organization, will hold the men’s and women’s Central Division Cup here at Spooky Nook Champion Mill this weekend.  This event will feature over 20 men’s and women’s professional teams and Shamrock Showdown participants are free to enjoy the competition.
