13 White Win Silver in Dayton (3/20/10)

Team Thunder 13 White enjoyed another Silver victory in Dayton. After falling to Preble County in a close match during pool play, we moved to 3rd place. We were placed in the Silver division and won handily beating out McGee's in the finals 25-16 and 25-8. Outstanding play was made by all. Samantha Engel stood up to the challenge of being the only setter. Katherine Krekeler was stellar serving, earning 44 points for the day. Carrie Gordon proved the digging machine while Cailey Plemmons stepped up and played all around with great success. Thunder has won 3 times at the silver level and has placed 2nd and 3rd at the Gold level.
