[Coaches] Misc. Items

Coaches-

Just a few things we wanted to touch base about-

- Medical Forms: Please take a look at the forms in your folders and let us
know if you are missing anyones. There were a few players that started
later and some that we knew we were missing. Please respond and let us know
if you are missing anyone so we can get copies to you.

- Consent to treat- At the bottom of the medical forms, parents had to give
consent for medical treatment. We had several families sign that they do
not give consent. Please look to see if you have any of those on your team.
If you have any questions about it, please reach out to the parents to ask
them to clarify their wishes in the event something happens.

- Uniforms- All players have received their spandex. We are picking up a
jersey order tomorrow that includes libero jerseys and some youth jerseys
for players that started late, all others have been passed out. The only
jersey that we will not have for this weekend is the librero jersey for
Addison Brann 13 Attack.

- A pair of small spandex were found on the floor at spooky nook. Let us
know if anyone mentions missing a pair.

- Coaches Apparel- Coaches that have not received any Borderline gear yet,
will get it this weekend. If you are still on break from Miami, we will get
it to you when you return.

- Certifications- PLEASE make sure that you have everything complete!

We are starting to receive emails from the region about missing
certifications. We need to get these taken care of ASAP.
