This weekend

Based on what we saw last weekend at the scrimmage, we are offering skills
sessions to help you improve in those areas. Serve and serve/Receive are two
areas of Youth sills that need addressed. 

 

Everyone, but especially front row players, needs lots of work getting off
the net to be ready to hit. Too many times the front row hitters were 'in
the way' instead of ready to make an approach. 

 

These are skills that take 1000s of reps to master, but we need to start
making them 2nd nature. In order to succeed in our sport you have to be loud
and aggressive. You have to create an enthusiastic environment.
