[Coaches] Official Certifications

The Officiating Scrimmage was great, but I do not have record of who did
what! Do you have the rating forms for your team? I need to know which
certifications your girls received. The 15 Hawks, 13 Hawks, 16 Hawks, 17
Hawks are recorded.
