Coaching Philosophy

I dedicate myself to further developing player skills including volleyball fundamentals and the individual ability to understand the game. I also pursue team understanding of communication and enthusiasm to create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages a collective winning personality on and off the court.

• 4th-6th Grade Girls' Clinic Paid Head Coach: Talawanda School District (Oxford, OH): Aug – Nov 2015
  • Developed weekly workout plan for 20 players
