Grace Hoyt

Grace Hoyt currently works as the volunteer assistant for the Miami Redhawks and in her second season with Borderline as the head coach for 15 Hawks. In 2013, she assisted with 14 Red. She enjoys playing volleyball any time she can get the chance, indoor or outdoor, and loves giving back to the sport that gave her so much.

Grace has 8 years of coaching experience, ranging from youth to college (including a variety of teams and clinics/camps), and 12 years of playing experience. Hailing from Atlanta, GA, she played at the Open and National levels and coached at the National level for A5 volleyball club. Her senior club season ended with a USAV Junior Olympic National Championship. In high school, she lettered all four years as a setter and hitter and captain for three. In college, she played every position but libero at Mississippi State University and Kennesaw State University. She graduated from Kennesaw State in 2011 with a degree in Secondary Math Education and is currently working on her Master's of Education in Transformative Education at Miami University.
